Submission
How should papers be submitted?
Paper submission is handled through EasyChair. Authors first submit participation application metadata, then submit full papers according to the official timeline.
What is the current full paper deadline?
The full paper deadline is 22 June 2026. Application for participation (all EasyChair fields except the publication file) is due by 8 June 2026.
In which language should papers be submitted?
All papers must be submitted in English.
Are original and unpublished papers required?
Yes. Only original and previously unpublished papers are accepted.
Publication
How are papers reviewed?
Peer review and selection are carried out by the program committee.
What is the planned proceedings venue?
Accepted papers are planned for publication in Springer Communications in Computer and Information Science (CCIS), with proceedings submitted for indexing in Scopus and Web of Science.
Is conference presentation required for indexing?
Yes. Conference presentation is required for publication and subsequent submission for indexing.
Hybrid attendance
Will the conference be hybrid?
Yes. SpacSec 2026 will be held in a mixed on-site and remote format.
How will remote participants get access links?
Remote links are sent to speakers and registered participants and are also available on spacsec.com and spacsec.itmo.ru (mirror).
