We invite you to take part in the International Conference on Cyber Warfare, Security & Space Computing (SpacSec'2026), which will be held in Saint Petersburg from October 26 to October 28, 2026.

SpacSec has been held since 2021; the previous conferences took place in 2021, 2024, and 2025. Materials of the previous conferences are available at https://spacsec.com.

In today's world, information technology and communications security is a key challenge. Cybersecurity threats and malicious actors make protecting data and processes in information systems a complex issue. Another important challenge is the development of distributed computing for space systems (Space Computing) for the secure, reliable, and timely processing of data (e.g., satellite imagery). The use of artificial intelligence and machine learning methods, including large language models, is particularly relevant for addressing these issues. Addressing these challenges requires a global dialogue. We invite researchers and experts to the International Conference on Cyber Warfare, Security & Space Computing to jointly analyze these challenges and share security strategies.

The conference program includes plenary sessions, paper sessions, workshops, a roundtable discussion, and lectures. Leading Russian and international researchers in the fields of cybersecurity, space computing and artificial intelligence will be invited as plenary speakers and lecturers.

Conference language. Official languages of the conference are both English and Russian. Authors may use both languages for their presentation during the conference, slides should be provided in English.

Papers were submitted through the EasyChair system - https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=spacsec2026. Only original and previously unpublished papers are accepted. Review and selection of papers is carried out by the Program Committee. All papers are in English and run from 10 to 16 pages in Springer CCIS format. All papers that receive positive reviews and are selected by the Program Committee are planned for publication in the Springer Communications in Computer and Information Science (CCIS) series. Publications will also be submitted for indexing in Scopus and Web of Science.

Initial paper submission is closed. Authors of conditionally accepted papers must revise the manuscript in line with the reviewers' remarks and upload it to EasyChair by 4 September 2026, adding a list of the reviewers' remarks and the authors' responses at the end of the paper. The final decision is taken on 18 September 2026 after meta-review of the revised version and depends on how completely the revision addresses the reviewers' remarks.

An accepted paper is published in the conference proceedings only if at least one author is registered for the conference, the participation fee is paid by 12 October 2026, and the paper is presented at the conference. The expert opinion on the possibility of publication must be sent to spacsec@itmo.ru by 24 September 2026.
